Such a visit occurred on Sabbath afternoon, January 18, this\nyear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rosebud is a large beach-side centre. It fronts Port Phillip on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
