Sermon on the Mount – Study

Pastor Paul Kotanko, Ferntree Gully Seventh-day Adventist Church:

“We know how many of you love to stay back for Sandwich Sabbath & Bible Study after church.  This is something your Elders & I would like to see happen more often. This church year, the Elders and myself will be leading out.  We will study Bible passages and different topics in the future.  This Sabbath 19 August we will be starting a study on the Sermon on the Mount, sometimes described as the Magna Carta of the Christian faith.  We will not cover the full sermon in one study, but instead we will study it as a series over the coming weeks.  It will still be very much discussion based as that is what we enjoy about Sandwich Sabbaths!  The facilitator this Sabbath will be John Beament.  In future studies, different Elders and myself will be leading out to give some variety. So bring your lunch this Sabbath 19 August and come prepared to learn and participate. “
